An escape room is an interactive, team-based challenge to find clues, solve puzzles, and escape! Your group will be placed in a themed room and has 60 minutes to complete the room. At Escape Boredom, our puzzles are woven into the story and setting, so the whole experience feels immersive rather than pieced together. You won't find any combo locks in our rooms, and we allow you to pick your difficulty before you start, so the room is catered to your group's preferences. Hints are also available if you need them.
We allow you to choose your difficulty when you book, so all of our rooms work for any skill level. The harder difficulty option requires more logic and is better suited for more experienced escape room artists or larger groups. No matter which difficulty you choose, hints are always available and won't count against you.
We charge $34.95 per person. Perilous Pixels can accommodate groups of 2 to 10, and Escape Boardom can accommodate groups of 2-8. Everyone (ages 5 and older) who enters the room pays, including parents, guardians, or participants who only want to watch.
Every booking is private. When you reserve a room, it's yours for that time slot. We will never add strangers to your booking.
Yes! Extra players are welcome to pay when they arrive. Just keep in mind that Perilous Pixels has a maximum capacity of 10 players and Escape Boardom has a maximum capacity of 8 players.
During checkout, click past the "promo code" screen and look for the gift card field in the billing information section. It can be used for full or partial payment, and you can pay with multiple gift cards.
Plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early so your whole group has time to check in. Games start right on time, so if you're running late, the clock may already be going when you get there!
Anyone who enters the room pays, ages 5 and up. Kids under 5 are free. Players under 14 need a parent or guardian (18+) in the room with them. Anyone under 18 needs a guardian to sign their waiver before playing.
We can reschedule your booking with at least 24 hours notice. We aren't able to offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
Our rooms are designed to be exciting and family friendly, not scary or horror-themed. We use some sound effects and lighting as part of the experience, but nothing is intended to be scary or overwhelming. We do not use strobe lights. Certain effects and the immersive environment may feel intense for younger or more sensitive guests. If you have concerns, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help you choose the best experience for your group.
We want Escape Boredom to be a place where everyone can play. If you require special accommodations, please bring that to our attention. We will happily consider options to best meet your needs.
