GAME MASTER

Part-Time | Evenings & Weekends

Do you love puzzles, storytelling, and creating unforgettable experiences?

​

We’re looking for an energetic, quick-thinking, people-loving Game Master to join our escape room team! Our Game Masters are the heart of the experience — guiding players, building excitement, and making sure every group leaves saying, “That was amazing!”

​

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, can stay calm under pressure, and have an eye for detail, we’d love to meet you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Welcome guests and set the tone for their adventure

• Deliver engaging pre-game briefings (with personality!)

• Monitor games via camera and provide well-timed hints

• Reset rooms quickly and accurately between groups

• Maintain props, puzzles, and room cleanliness

• Create a fun, high-energy atmosphere for every team

• Help troubleshoot minor tech or puzzle issues during gameplay

• Celebrate wins (and near-wins!) with enthusiasm

 

YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU...​

• Are outgoing, friendly, and confident speaking to groups

• Think quickly and solve problems under pressure

• Have strong attention to detail

• Can memorize scripts and improvise when needed

• Are reliable and punctual

• Work well independently and as part of a team

• Love immersive experiences, theater, puzzles, or games

• Are 16 or older

 

Experience in customer service, theater, events, or hospitality is a plus — but not required. We’ll train the right person!

SCHEDULE

• 10–20 hours per week

• Must be available evenings and weekends

 

COMPENSATION

• $14 per hour
