Escape Boredom – Booking Terms & Conditions
Please read before booking your adventure!
By purchasing tickets or entering any Escape Boredom experience, you acknowledge that you’ve read and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Health & Safety

If you’re feeling sick, please stay home! We’re happy to reschedule your booking.

Everyone who enters the room counts as a player — even if they simply want to watch.
Certain rooms include lighting effects, fog, or physical movement. Please use caution or check with a doctor first if you have:

Heart conditions

Lung conditions (some rooms may use light fog)
-
Epilepsy (some rooms may include flashing or strobe effects)
-
Pregnancy (especially in the 3rd trimester)
-
Physical limitations affected by bending, moving, or standing for long periods
Arrivals & Late Policy
Please arrive 10 minutes early for check-in and your rules briefing.
We aim to start every game right on time.
If you are late, we may not be able to admit you once the game begins.
We do not provide refunds for late arrivals, no-shows, or cancellations.
Room Capacity & Player Minimums
All Escape Boredom experiences have a minimum player requirement for gameplay.
You may add additional players up to the room’s maximum capacity. Extra players can pay on arrival.
Private Rooms
All rooms at Escape Boredom are private bookings.
You will never be paired with strangers.
Each room has a strict maximum capacity for safety and gameplay reasons. We cannot exceed these limits under any circumstances.
Age Requirements

All players pay the same price, regardless of age.

Any player under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (age 18+). All players under 18 must have a guardian sign their waiver.

Parents/guardians entering the room count as players and must purchase a ticket.
Children under 1 are not allowed inside the rooms, even if held. Please arrange childcare so you can enjoy your game fully. Children 3+ are considered a player.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your game time.
With appropriate notice, we are happy to move your booking to another available time.
We cannot reschedule experiences with less than 24 hours’ notice.
We do not provide refunds for cancellations for absent players.
Behavior, Conduct & Damage Policy
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest who:

Appears intoxicated or under the influence

Displays aggressive, unsafe, or disruptive behavior

Harasses staff or interferes with gameplay

Damages props, sets, or equipment
-
Violates rules or staff instructions
If a player or group is removed for these reasons, no refunds or credits will be issued.
Any damage to our sets, props, or staff may result in:

Financial liability for repairs, replacements, and downtime

Possible pursuit of legal action if necessary
This is to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our guests, staff, and the integrity of our experiences.
For safety, quality control, and game monitoring, all Escape Boredom rooms are equipped with audio and video recording at all times. By entering our facility and participating in any experience, you consent to being recorded. These recordings help our Game Masters guide you, ensure rule compliance, protect our staff and property, and review any incidents if needed. Footage is not shared publicly and is used strictly for security, training, and operational purposes.
